Bossy Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using Bossy, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

Bossy is an AI-powered business assistant for small business owners. It helps you manage email, create social media content, track tasks, and automate routine business operations using AI agents.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to operate a business to use Bossy.

4. Account and Authentication

Bossy uses Sign in with Apple for authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Apple ID and for all activity that occurs under your account.

5. Wallet and Payments

Bossy uses a credit wallet system. AI task costs are deducted from your wallet balance. Wallet funds are purchased through the App Store and are non-refundable except as required by Apple's terms. A $2.00 trial balance is provided to new users.

6. Connected Third-Party Accounts

You may connect third-party accounts (Gmail, TikTok, Instagram, etc.) to Bossy. You represent that you have the authority to connect and grant Bossy access to these accounts. You are responsible for compliance with the terms of service of any connected platform.

7. Social Media Posting

Bossy may post content to connected social media accounts only with your explicit approval. You are solely responsible for all content posted through Bossy and must comply with the community guidelines and terms of each platform.

8. AI-Generated Content

Bossy uses AI to generate content suggestions. AI-generated content may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before use or publication.

We may suspend or terminate your access to Bossy at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

Bossy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

12. Limitation of Liability

PerfectCity Corp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Bossy.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
