Bossy is a product of PerfectCity Corp ("we", "us", or "our"). We build AI-powered tools for small business owners. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the Bossy mobile app.

2. Information We Collect

Account information: When you sign in with Apple, we receive a unique identifier and, if you choose to share it, your name and email address.

Business information: The business name, type, and configuration you provide during setup.

Connected accounts: If you connect third-party services (Gmail, Google Calendar, TikTok, Instagram, etc.), we store OAuth tokens to access those services on your behalf. We only access data necessary to perform the tasks you request.

Usage data: AI task history, skill configurations, and wallet transaction records.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and improve the Bossy service
• To process AI tasks on your behalf using connected accounts
• To manage your wallet balance and in-app purchases
• To send important service notifications

4. Third-Party Services

Bossy integrates with third-party platforms including Google, TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook. When you connect these accounts, their respective privacy policies also apply. We do not sell your data to these or any other third parties.

5. Social Media Content

When you use Bossy to create or post social media content, you review and approve all content before it is published. Bossy does not post content without your explicit authorization.

6. Data Security

We encrypt sensitive credentials at rest using industry-standard encryption. Data is transmitted over HTTPS. Access credentials are never stored in plaintext.

7. Data Retention

We retain your data as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

9. Children's Privacy

Bossy is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
